The M/V Nordic Wismar was delivered today. The vessel is a modern 3,400 TEU vessel, and is the first in a series that Nordic Hamburg Shipping has ordered. The vessel is of a high specification with latest technology i.e. the vessel is fitted with Wärtsila flex-engine.
The Nordic Wismar is under management by Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement, and the fleet of Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement now counts 9 vessels, in total further 9 vessels will be added onto the fleet of Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement within the next 12 months.
After familiarisation of crew, taking stores and provisions onboard and other final preparations, then the Nordic Wismar will be delivered to her charterers to Nile Dutch within the next days. The vessel will be in liner services between Asia and South-West Africa.
