Mr Grube held various management positions with Hamburg Sud before becoming a board member in an IT and consulting company within the shipping and logistics industry. Within Hamburg Sud, he managed the reefer shipping activities, administration of dry bulk, container chartering and the tanker division.

has a banking education and holds more than 20 years’ experience within banking and financing gained from large German banks. Mr Janari has from 2003 until he joined Nordic Hamburg Capital worked with marketing, PR and sales of investment projects at a leading investment house in Hamburg. In Nordic Hamburg Capital Mr Janari is responsible for the conception, marketing and sale of projects to investors.
