Our Crew Management services encompass the recruitment, deployment and management of deck and engine sea staff.
We source crew through our own office in Odessa or through partnership crew agencies in key seafarer locations around the Globe. We have strict screening procedures in place for all seafarers new to us, which ensures that crew employed are fully competent for the intended duties onboard.
In order to ensure that our crew pool is always up-to-date with the latest knowledge we provide training and arrange company seminars for our seafarers on a regular basis.
In additional to direct crew operations, we also supply support services such as payroll management and travel arrangements, handling of crew claims and any other service necessary to ensure the smooth crewing of our clients vessels.
