Yuriy Lavruchenko Technical Manager
Mr Lavruchenko has a marine engineering university degree and a seagoing career, culminating as Chief Engineer. He has worked as superintendent for V-Ships in the USA and various reputable German ship owners, with a wide range of tonnage types. Mr Lavruchenko established our office in Odessa and then transferred to our Hamburg office.
Jim Gault Marine Risk and Safety Manager
Captain Gault, known to all as Jim, came ashore in 2006 after an extensive 29 year career at sea serving on a wide range of vessels. During his time ashore he has been a DPA throughout whilst working for two other reputable European Owners as a Marine Superintendent and as S & Q Manager.
Tamara KomarCrewing Manager
Mrs Tamara Komar has a qualification in English and German languages. Long experience as crew manager and latest senior crew manager in a first class crewing in company in Odessa, working for German shipowners and Columbia Shipmanagement.
