Our group of dedicated Technical and Marine Superintendents are responsible for technical, marine and safety matters.
Technical Superintendents are each allocated a group of four to five vessels, which in addition to frequent visits to the vessels and having all senior officers regularly visit our office for briefings and training, ensures that vessels are provided with the necessary support and control.
The procurement of spare parts and other supplies for the vessels are supported by an advanced e-procurement system, which ensures a fast and efficient sourcing of quality parts and stores at the lowest possible costs.
We use a powerful, fully integrated software package to plan and control maintenance, stocks and supplies onboard all of our vessels. The software is fully integrated between the office and vessels, and system has the functionality to ensure that findings and experience gained on one vessel is easily shared across the fleet to ensure efficient loss prevention.
Our advanced IT-solutions also allow our clients to access, through the Internet, reports and data regarding the performance of their vessels and Owners can also follow any transaction. This ensures our Clients can be up-to-date with any information about their vessels, including financial, crewing, technical or any other relevant data.
